WebApr 11, 2008 · I think that Thunderwear just changed their name to Smart Carry. Same product. Nope, totally different companies. I think SmartCarry has the better product. It is lined on the backside with a breathable fabric that wicks away sweat but won't allow it to get to your gun. Thunderwear just has a regular fabric back. WebAug 28, 2009 · I have a Thunderwear that I've used on occasion to carry a Colt Cobra snubby .38 and a S&W 6906. The Smith was a bit large comfort-wise, but it did conceal it. The Colt was comfy and disappeared. The Thunderwear is best when worn with dress pants or cargo type shorts, not so much with jeans. As far as SC, I can't say.
