WebNov 6, 2024 · The underwater cave at roughly 11 21 on Ragnarok experiences cold fluctuations and fog complete with rain sounds (rain effects basically). I'm not an expert in caves, but in my mind, I should not be hearing rain, nor should I experience cold fluctuations in a relatively controlled environment (deep sea). These are a god send when it comes to ocean exploring, they get rid if all the murkiness in the water when you're in first person view. I usually keep my gamma at 4 during the day and 5 at night, as well as bring 2-3 gas masks. WebThe cave itself has no spawns. All areas classified as caves have 5x dmg to the buildings whether or not they have mobs iirc (this holds true for both Hidden Cavern and Lair of the Mask) but they are popular base locations for limited accessability, being out of sight and making defenses focused rather than spread out. #7

WebAug 2, 2024 · The underwater caves have pockets you can surface at to heal. The surface healing can out-heal almost all wild dino damage and a lot of the cave damage. Fight at the surface if you can. They also generate oil over time. They can only carry 20 oil at a time though so make sure you empty it often.
