Webhemofiltration solution is the replacement pump. Because we must always run some replacement fluid POST filter to prevent clotting in the deaeration chamber (known as post dilution hemofiltration), we run all of our replacement fluid on the replacement pump as POST replacement. We generally maintain 1 Litre/hour of post filter replacement.
