WebI am disabled and so am home pretty much all day every day and thus go barefoot probably 23 hours a day, 7 days a week. I workout 6 days a week, 45-60 minutes a day, rotating between running, body combat, barre, sh'bam, weight lifting and high intensity cardio. I wear minimalist sneakers when I run and am barefoot when I do anything else. WebI felt them to be challenging and fun at the same time. Currently, I'm doing Heather Robertson's no equipment, 7 days home workout challenge. I have found it quote challenging and I am enjoying it. The challenge will get complete tomorrow. I am really confused which challenge to take up next.
