WebJul 22, 2010 · Dually wheels are deep like they are so all 6 can be rotated any where, front to back, side to side. Without the front spacers the wheels would sit way to far in. No other modifications are needed. Ford actually uses this type of spacer on the fronts. I think the dually Rear ends are different from SRW, but you don't need one with the spacers. I have heard rumor that the dually axles are shorter in overall length than the single wheel axles, there a complete axle swap is necessary. I don't know for sure.
