WebOct 8, 2014 · Colt makes an AR15A4, which is basically just a Colt AR15 with a 20" gov't profile barrel and a flat-top - to mimic the M16A4 (Just like how Colt renamed the 6920 Law Enforcement Carbine to the 6920 M4 Carbine). FN Herstal makes an AR15 now with both the M4 and M16A4 likeness. FNMI makes the M16A4. I believe Colt made a few as well.
