WebMay 11, 2015 · Put in a solid floor. The rail I use to run had a solid sheet of aluminum diamond plate for the floor. It help to keep the dirt down. My friends, they all had expanded metal for the flooring material. They would get a lot of dirt flying up in their faces. Nothing crazy, just a nice id travel sand rail. here is the frame we are using: http://thebuggyshop.50megs.com/stagethree.htm It is a pretty slick chopped rail. and weighs 1100 lbs without the engine. I want to push a minimum of 300 hp and thats why I am here.
