WebMay 28, 2024 · The top one is an overflow vent. That hose needs to be routed to the rear of the engine and through a metal loop that holds the puke tube and some other hoses. At the bottom of the carb is a nipple for the drain. If the hose is missing, I recommend you replace it. It is routed through the same loop mentioned above.
